Fill menus data into menu template.
In file menu template have 3 sheet in information sheet, Menu sheet, and Option sets sheet lease fill up this form. because importing menus data into system can do it first. After importing menu if you want adding menu has to add in web back-end so yourself.
First sheet is information sheet for important data
box 1 : type "shop" name such as Fourleaf.
box 2 : type "Website" name for your shop (not more than 15 Alphabet) followed by ".afourleaf.com" such as fourleaf.afourleaf.com
box 3 : type "Owner" name such as Mr.Fourleaf
box 4 : type "your Email"
box 5 : type "Phone no."
Second Sheet is Menu sheet for description menu
- Column Category(Maximum 10 Character) : type "category" menu such as Drinks, Steak, Food
- Column Group(Maximum 20 Character) : type "group" of category
- such as if you want "Coffee"category consist group Hot, Cold, Frappe.
- such as if you want "Coffee"category consist group Hot, Cold, Frappe.
- Column Product - Default Name(Maximum 40 Character) : type "product"(product, menu) ,so this is default name to show in application. In example default name of product is English.
- such as if you want "Coffee"category consist group Hot, Cold, Frappe. So "Hot" group consist Hot Espresso, Hot Cappuccino.
- such as if you want "Coffee"category consist group Hot, Cold, Frappe. So "Hot" group consist Hot Espresso, Hot Cappuccino.
- Column Description(Maximum 100 Character) : type "description" of menu must be same language default name(optional).
- Column Product-Other language(Maximum 40 Character) : type "product"(product, menu) in other language name. In column is second language can adding multiple language. In example the second language of product is Thai(optional).
- Column Description - Other language(Maximum 100 Character) : type "description" of menu must be same language second name(optional).
- Column Price : type "price" product(product, menu).
- Column Option Sets(Maximum 40 Character) : must be creating data in Option Sets Sheet to be able to use.
Third Sheet is Option Sets sheet for creating various option to be used with Menus
option is an additional option in Menu such as Cook level, Sweet Level.
- Column Option : type "option" name such as Sweet Level, Cook Level.
- Column Choice : type "choice" name for option such as Sweet level has more sweet, normal, Less sweet, no sugar.
Using option with menu must be creating option set for menu. So open Menu Sheet. if menu have multi option put a mark " , " to separate option such as Hot Espresso want using Sweet Level and Shot. type "Sweet Level, Shot".
